There is a £5 listing fee payable when you place your property advert. This includes advertising on all our partner sites (except room ads) and applies to all adverts.
If you order photos, virtual tours or floorplans from us, prices are specificed at the time of ordering.

CLASSIFIED ADS: No other charges.

FULL SERVICE ADS: if you successfully let your property through us, and have asked us to prepare a tenancy agreement and/or undertake credit checks, we charge just 0.5% commmission on the first year's rent. On a property rented at £800 per month, this would work out at £48 plus VAT. We collect this once the deal is completed from the holding deposit paid by the tenant. We believe this is excellent value when compared to the typical 7-10% commission charged by High Street letting agents.
If you don't let through us, obviously no commission is payable.
If you request credit checks, there is a non-refundable £4 administration fee payable per tenant occupier. This must be paid at the time of listing and is in addition to the commission payable on a successful let. Where applicants are rejected, additional credit checks on subsequent applicants are free.
