RentFair is run by people who have been both landlords and tenants themselves so we understand the problems and issues on both sides.

Cut down on your viewings. We provide easily searchable, high quality listings of rented accommodation throughout greater London. Search by borough, by locality, by transport zone, or by nearest train station. Our listings state whether the landlord accepts DSS (housing benefit) tenants and whether pets are allowed. We recognise that council tax can be a big part of your outgoings and so we provide council tax information for all our properties up front. If you have any further questions about a property, you can contact the landlord direct through our secure and anonymous messaging service.

Looking to let property???

Cut the commission and advertise your property with us. For a fraction of the cost of a high street agent, we will also undertake credit checks on prospective tenants, take a holding deposit and prepare a tenancy agreement. Once let, you can keep your property, photographs and floorplans on our database and re-let at the click of a mouse.

And that’s how we want it to stay! We seek to ensure that all our members, landlords and tenants alike, treat each other fairly, abide by reasonable codes of behaviour and, of course, obey the law. We will not tolerate any Rachmans and we won’t look kindly on non-paying tenants. We reserve the right to bar from membership anyone who does not comply with these principles in relation to any property rented or let through this site.
